At nubo, your baby's health and safety are our utmost priority. Due to the personal nature and strict hygiene requirements of our baby teethers, we adhere to the following policy:

  • Used Items: For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any teether that has been used.

  • Unused, Damaged, or Defective Items: We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. In the rare event that you receive a teether that is unused but arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer care team at care@nubokind.com within 3 business days of delivery. To help us assist you promptly, please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and work towards a satisfactory resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

  • Your Feedback: We value your satisfaction and continuously strive to offer the best products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, even if it doesn't meet the return criteria, we encourage you to share your feedback with us at care@nubokind.com. Your insights are invaluable in helping us improve.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that hasn't been delivered yet, please write to care@nubokind.com. Depending on the current status of the order, a cancellation process will be initiated.
